Are you, your organization, or nonprofit looking for rehearsal or event space? We have a great space just for you! Nearly 2,500 sq. ft. of rental space is available on our third floor. Amenities include:
• food prep area • unfurnished office space, separate from main area
• elevator and stair access • two restrooms

Potential uses: • theater rehearsal • band rehearsal
• private meeting / group gathering • poetry slam
• showing films • art classes

Classroom
Plaza Level- Approximately 500 square feet
Separate entrance accessible from College Avenue

Meetings / Classes: $50/ hour up to 4 hours

Additional Fees
Non-profit Discount: 10%; Staff Services: $20/hour if renting space after or before business hours or if extensive staff assistance is required for event. Cleaning / Damage and Reservation Deposit: $100 space
(Dates will only be reserved once deposit is received).
Projector: $50 per hour.

Other Notable Information
The care of artwork is our first priority. Museum etiquette should be observed at all times. Please inform your guests of the following rules:
DO NOT TOUCH the artwork. Keep food and drink away from the artwork, display cases and pedestals. NO smoking, open flames, confetti or pets.
Do not attempt to move artwork under any circumstances.
Contact a staff person before leaving the gallery unattended.
